Graduated Problems - Planar Dynamics, Rotation Problems

There are 4 problems in the Planar Dynamics - Rotation problem set for the graduated problems. They all ask to calculate angular acceleration somewhere in the problem, and for some reason I always get an angular acceleration that comes out to be 1/2 of what its supposed to be. All the answers are supposed to have denominators with 2s in them, and my answers are correct in every way except that I am missing a 2 somewhere. Any idea why this may be?

Most likely because you have your moment of inertia wrong but we have not gone over this material yet in class. However, I applaud you for your effort...
